1. Digital Products & AI Tools

Since our AI tools, software accounts, and digital assets are intangible goods that are delivered instantly or via email credentials, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered or accessed.

Exceptions: A refund may be considered if:

• The product key or account credentials provided are non-functional, and we are unable to provide a replacement within 48 hours.
• The product description was materially misleading.

2. Service-Based Projects

For services such as Web Design, Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Digital Marketing:

• Cancellation by Client: If you cancel a project before work has commenced, a full refund of any deposit paid will be issued. If work has already begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed and resources utilized.
• Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund of the amount paid for uncompleted work will be issued.

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for the request. All requests will be reviewed and processed within 5-7 business days.
